I purchase this coverage on my Logitech iPad keyboard. One of the keys broke off. I took it to Best Buy and the replaced the unit. No questions asked.

I fortunately haven't needed to use this yet, but I was pleased with the terms of the coverage and it offered good peace of mind for the price. I went with the 2-year option because, for the product I was protecting, I'd be as well buying a new one after that.

I have had to use best buys 2 yr warranty replacement a few times in the past. I would definitely recommend it. Very easy to exchange item for price you paid.

To protect a purchase is always best. To spend money and not protect your purchase is not a good idea of any type!

The customer service people at the store are always nice. They get right on the work and I always get my item back pretty fast. No problem with it again so far.
