2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I always buy the Geek quad replacement. They stand behind their protection plan. I have never had a hassle and have had to use it from time to time they are super great

Have not had a predicament yet that has allowed me to use this...but hopefully if something happens it will come in handy. Time will tell. Peace of mind I guess.

These plans are worth the money. If you buy a product and don't have the product and don't have the protection plan your playing with fire. They make it so easy to exchange the product for 2 years with the replacement plan.

Geek Squad Protection is a must on any purchase over 200 USD, I’d be rich I’ve I had a penny for the number of times people have acted cheap and then later regretted themselves.

Bought two monitors for working at home. BOth are eas on the eyes, shart pictures, fast refresh, easy to adjust. One minor setup issue that Geek Squad corrected over the phone in 2 minutes.

When you think you are responsible. When you think you take good care of your belongings WHEN YOU THINK IT WILL LAST YOU A LONG TIME. It won't. Better safe than sorry. and trust me this is a good way to not feel sorry

True to their word, Best Buy always replaces your broken product with a new one of same monetary value. If it is less you get a gift card. I buy it because I am rough on devices. They always end up where they shouldn't

I was never a big advocate of these service plans but best buy does go the extra mile to back what they say. So if you spent good money on something you use a lot, don't skimp on the service plan.

I always purchase the product replacement and sometimes it's not needed. But when I have an issue and the product warranty is expired, I love being able to go to the store and exchange for working product!

I have not had to use it yet and that is good. But I confident that if the day come the geek Squad will be good to their word

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

I had to return my keyboard because the letters were wearing out, they looked at my Geek Squad Warranty, went and obtained the new item, signed, and I was on my way. Very good handling of a Geek Squad claim.

Have always been very happy with your people at Geek squad- they are always very helpful!! I appreciate that- as We older people aren't all electronic smart & they just smile & help-that's awesome!!

The replacement plan was awesome when you have something broken within the plan period. They will just replace it with a brand new one or an alternative item with the same value.

2 year Geek Squad protection - cheap insurance / piece of mind! Well worth the upfront cost to know it's one less thing to worry about. A very good value even if I didn't get it on sale. Recommended.

This display is pretty good and a great value.Best value when on sale. Good response times and great color that didn't need calibrating. It was the perfect color and not over vibrant like other displays. Had a problem with the first one and the second was perfect. Very quick replacement. It arrived the day I returned the first one. Great timing.
