I've owned the microphone for about a year now and I have to say it is an excellent choice if you want quality + boom arm as a bundle.

Everything but the keyboard is great, it's a perfect starting bundle for anyone looking to enjoy a PC game. However, the keyboard, which is arguably the most important item, is faulty. I sent my first bundle back because my keys easily got stuck during games, and it was very frustrating. With some hassle and some hours spent dealing with customer service, they had me bring it back to the store, and since they didn't have anymore in stock, they shipped it to my house for free, awesome great. However, this new bundle's keyboard has the exact same problem! I don't know if it's this specific model of keyboard that has problems, but I don't want to spend another $80 for a keyboard, when the bundle itself only costed ~$80, Meh.

Works as it should was easy to install but would not be first choice

I use these all the some on my Switch, PS4 and PC they are great with good quality and were cheap and durable.

Using this as a conf call headset during pandemic rather than gaming headphone. Audio quality is good but occasionally poor audio quality experienced. Others in conf call complained unable to hear and poor audio quality.

Geek squad services are the best, I recommend it to anyone.

Just got this thingy to upgrade my ever lasting HP H8-2140t. HP's info was wrong so this thing ended up on SATAII, not a big deal when migrating from HDD, the real bad news is : after 2.5hr into migrating the HDD, the migration SW ended abruptly (this was what it said!!). God may not even know what happened. The old saying "first impression is the most important impression" keeps ringing in my brain. disappointed.

i will say that this headset is very nice in quality and looks, i really do enjoy the pretty white color and the controls on the ear. but, it's very uncomfortable! its wayyyy too tight on my head, and yes i know it is adjustable but only for the ears. definitely returning this.

I ordered a logitec g502 hero mouse and ordered the protection plan with it, I payed through pap pal through best buys website. NOWHERE on there does it say that they will just cancel your protection plan because pay pal isnt tied to a bank card. So a year later I have issues with my device, and thinking I have the protection plan that I payed for (NEVER got an email or notification saying that it was cancelled) so I'm stuck with a broken device I payed for protection on that was unknowingly cancelled because I payed by pay pal and not my card (even though pay pal is linked to my debit bank card)

Bought this in August 2019. Loved it... keyboard was responsive and great clicks on keys. As I used travel a lot, 3 number keys fell off in December 2019. In February, other keys stopped working. Less than a year using the product, it intermittently works. I have to click on a key numerous times before it works. It’s frustrating to spend $120 on a recommended folio and 6 months later, it does not work. Can’t take it back to the store as Covid-19 makes it practically impossible to communicate with Best Buy. Not to mention the non-existent support from Logitech (don’t even bother reaching out). So, I will buy Apple’s magic pad to see if it lasts more than six months.

Apparently a lot of people have had very positive experiences with this mouse. Unfortunately I do not share the joy. Within 6 months of purchase mine is non functional. I could go through the trouble of getting it replaced but this is the second dud I've had. I don't know if this is a quality control issue or if it's truly just a bad mouse. I have mice that still work from the 90s and I'm incredibly disappointed. I was skeptical with Logitech anyway and this just confirmed I will no longer be purchasing anything from this brand too many failed chances.

unfortunately, you need to buy extra warranty at additional cost for substandard products.

These speakers connect through the HEADPHONE JACK, which is all you really need to know. the speakers sound like a cheap blue tooth speaker, i couldn't believe how bad the sound was. My ultimate ears boom 3 speaker is way better and i bought it on sale for $80. i bought these speakers for my desk top computer.
