    I have never had a problem at Best Buy when I want to utilize the replacement plan. I am just told to get my replacement and they take care of it at the service desk.

    Always buy this if you know the product your are getting will not last 1-2 years. Headphones, gaming controllers, gaming headsets, etc.

    I always buy the protection plan with my electronics. Best Buy honors them well and they are a good price for the protection. I've had to use them a couple of times over the years.
