- A: AnswerAs long as you are within the 15 day return/exchange period yes, also if you are an elite you get 30 days to return/exchange and elite plus 45 days to return/exchange. I had an elite series 2 with a faulty A button in the first 2 weeks and exchanged it, when I did my gsquad warranty carried to the new one.

A: AnswerIt’s super easy. If you bought the warranty, simply return the controller and they give you a new one. I’ve had to do it twice for controllers. My son is hard on them. I simply swap it out, and ALWAYS pay for the warranty again.Answered by Honesty
