Best purchase I have ever done for my kids electronics he has had his Nintendo’s switch for a very long time and thanks to have geek squad anytime he has damaged something he can easy get it fixed or replaced within a few days.

I always purchase the 2-yr for this product and I always shop at Best Buy for the controller. Best Buy honors the warranty and swap it out with no questions asked. A necessity for teenage users.

I use this insurance on many items to cover the cost of replacement if they break. Best thing in the world for console controllers if you are sensitive to stick drift.

I NEVER purchase electronics without purchasing protection. What I love about Best Buy is that returns are an easy process. Tell them what’s wrong with it and they’ll replace it with the same item if available.

I only heard bad reviews from my friends at the start before i bought this headset, but since I bought it I have had no problems with it. This headset is the best one I have bought and I would buy it again if something happened to my current one.

Excellent service, my son's PlayStation controller was damaged, I took it to be repaired and they sent me a new one to my house in 5 days.

It is worth it if you know the item you purchased will break down within 2 years such as a controller. Can't beat the replacement value this offers

The geek squad protection is actually so clutch, the price is great plus it’s so simple to exchange the old item for a new one. My little brother has ran through so many controllers now I lost count. 10/10

Can’t go wrong with this service if you have any sort of game controller. Even if you’re super careful and are respectful to your stuff SOMETHING will go wrong with your controllers. Adding a simple 2 year warranty that replaces your controller with a brand new one beats any manufacturers warranty by far.

We bought the accidental replacement plann and its totally worth it! Things happen and things break. The plan covered the replacement of our PS4 controller and controllers are expensive. Highly recommend the replacement plan.

This service is better than any other service because I am able to walk into the store tell them whats wrong and get help on the spot. I have returned many things in the past and the service has been excellent everytime, would recommend

Most people are hesitant to get the coverage. But BB is so good about taking care of you for having it. I am adamant about NEVER getting any electronics from places like Walmart, because they are notorious for having refurbished items and selling it as new. ALWAYS get the Geek Squad coverage because it comes in SUPER HANDY.
