Agents were horrible. When I bought my microwave, it was advertised as if anything went wrong, we bring item back to store for in store credit.... 18 months after purchase our microwave went out on us. It took 2 weeks to hear back from repair center. They said they fixed it. Mailed it back to store. We got to store and they told us nothing was wrong w/ it. Mind you, a bag of popcorn would be in there for 10 minutes and no kernels would pop. You put in a cup of water to heat for tea or reheat food, lukewarm at best. We refused pick up and told them to put water in there for 4 minutes. Water still cold. We told them they needed to send it back to get fixed and this whole ordeal was ridiculous considering the fact the warranty was advertised as in store credit right away. Microwave was sent back, had to wait another 2 weeks and by that point it was a month with no microwave. Worker told us to buy a microwave and just return it when ours is fixed . OMG? Waste of more time and money. So then I get an email and they tell me it can't be fixed and it's junk(like I stated in the very beginning of this ordeal). So no, I do not recommend geek squad. We will no longer buy any appliance or electronics from best buy again. We have spent thousands here and the customer service we got at our local store was horrendous and just for that we will try to stay as far away from best buy as possible.
