I was recently looking for a decent TV and I am very impressed by the knowledgeable staff at BestBuy home theater. Joseph and Ahmad helped me make the best selection for the price and deals that we’re currently in store. I even applied for a credit card and received 24months of no interest. I left with a complete sound system as well. Great experience!

Geek Squad protection is like car insurance. Don't drive your expensive electronics without it. I used to spend $60 on a new controller every few months when my triggers or my joysticks stopped worked. A $20 Geek Squad protection plan changed that. Now when they break in a few months, I can count on Best Buy to swap it out with a working product, buy a new protection plan and keep it moving. For items that experience wear and tear, there's nothing better.

The best thing you can buy when you shop electronics. Local stores so you just stop by have your defective product exchanged or completely refunded minus the protection plan of course. Electronics are an investment for your entertainment so protect your money. I have had two 75 inch TVS replaced at no cost but another service plan. The tvs have been newer and better models so to me it’s a win win.

Despite taking longer than expected, Geek Squad held to their satisfaction commitment. They were unable to repair my laptop and made sure my replacement was to my satisfaction.

My controller was starting to have stick drift only after a few months of using it. I was able to go to the store and exchange the controller for a brand new one. Young lady at the registers was kind and explained the whole process for us!

This comes in very handy with the ps5 controller since the controller WILL have stick issues within 2 years. Because of the protection, replacing the controller costs less
