In the beginning, I was completely impressed with the headset. The sound quality was AMAZING and then 1 month into using it, the unmute/mute function starting making this horrible static noise. I tried to ignore it but then other people starting complaining about hearing it when I couldn’t hear it so I knew then that I had a problem. I did attempt to make a warranty claim on it through the manufacturer but I had to pay $25 just to ship it back when I only had it 1 month, which was ridiculous. Luckily, I purchased the geek squad warranty from Best Buy so I was able to get refund the amount on a gift card. DO BETTER TURTLE BEACH

I love shopping at bestbuy online the ordering is very easy

Took in my water damaged product and replaced right away, was in and out of the store in no time!

Love it because my boys are always having issues with their electronics and need to replace.

geek squad protection is great to have for your product, incase any issue occurs or a replacement is needed..

I'm happy I got the extended warranty with my product. At least if anything happens it can be replaced
