Pretty useful for certain products. Have had a few things fixed from GeekSquad.

Didn’t get to use because I returned the product I used it for. I would buy it again to protect my items. Not bad for price for 2 years

Pretty good initially, nothing top quality but adequate for awhile to get the job done. Unfortunately the usb cable has been shorting out on me lately and losing power to the controller.

Was able to get a full refund on my headphones and controller.

Bought this for my grandson as a replacement for earlier headsets that no longer work. This warranty will likely come to be used shortly unfortunately.

This is a must have for the turtle headphones. They tend to fail at the swing mic connection.

Good but too expensive. Prefer razers or any that is cheaper. If you want fast mobility and more functions I would prefer just keyboard and mouse

This two-year warranty extender is very helpful never know when you might need something with this product my break fall apart very helpful

Controller is good but stick drift is no fun other than that amazing look to it

Gave this item 4 stars soley due to me not using it yet. Although the representative told me I am protected for any issue. Hope this is accurate.

It was an easy process to use the geek squad and replace the head phones. My husband went early and they were able to see him.

Great product definitely recommend for the holidays
