Geek squad is great when you buy electronic from Best Buy

They gave me some great input on something i otherwise wouldnt have known and thus got me to purchasw the screen protectors

Got the protection plan for my elite 2 controller. The good thing was 1 month after the 1 year manufacturers warranty it broke and they replaced it no questions. The bad thing is to have the new controller protected under the same plan it was $20 more than last year. So now it cost 1/3 of the controllers price to have it protected. Which I feel is a lot. Last year it was 1/4 of the controllers price which is more reasonable.

if it was good for the entire 2 years then it would be 5 stars. Since its only good once ill give 3. They don't offer to fix your controller so your stuck buying a new warranty every time something happens to it. if your a competitive gamer like me there's no other option tho, you gotta have this controller

The a button was sticky straight out of the box, and the left bumper doesnt register sometimes.

Returned a PS 5 controller with no issues. Was told that the Geek Squad warranty would transfer to the new controller. It did not. Once the warranty is used it evidently is cancelled. Which is fine had I known. Now I have to try to purchase another warranty but the exchanges item doesn’t show up??

They don’t tell you that within the two year period that you only get one replacement. The elite 2 has a known probable breaking so I only got one replacement. Then I had to pay another 60 dollars to extend the warranty on the replacement controller. I guess it’s better than paying 179 again. Ugh...
