I've bought it for my controller, i haven't had any issues yet. But i hope that they will resolve my issues if I do.

We stay there more I got a lot of items from Best Buy but none of them was able to use my geek protection

They suck. The team members in this department has always treated me like they hate deeling with me. I bought a samsung galaxy s24 ultra cash, spent over $3,500 that day and paid for them to put my screen on. There entire attitude was like i hate my job. Except one guy. However the store people are absolutely awesome. They're not as helpful as they use to be but they are still very helpful and some what knowledgeable.

I haven’t had any problems with the product that I ordered so I didn’t really have to use it.

Terrible customer service reps, went to return my Controller this associate with the Starbucks drink and choker decides to act smart and say I should’ve stood on the line, there’s 2 lines and I did not know I definitely would love to speak to her again, but none of your morning associates are welcoming nice terrible customer service please get rid of your morning crew downstairs near the customer service section all 3 women are nasty, nasty attitude nasty demeanor terrible overall

Go back to pro-rating warranties! Where is the rest of the money that is spent when you exchange something within a year? Gone.

Good Product. Price was right and it worked as it should

Hard to get the replacement plan honored. My elite controller started having issues after a little more than a year. Thought no big deal as I had the accidental replacement plan. Got online to their support chat to see what I needed to do. Turns out the rep stated that I just needed the controller and to bring it into the store. Well I brought just the controller in and had the exchange rejected since it did not have the original accessories. Went back online to their chat when I got home and was reassured that all that was needed was the controller. Went back to the store the next day with the chat log however still was rejected. Cutting my losses at this point as this replacement plan was not worth the cost

Decent for the price. I loved it I loved it I loved it

I thought the 2 year warranty would last the 2 years and not end the day i replaced my controller, if that was the case i would’ve gotten the cheaper one
