    Manager at Best Buy Montclair was trying to force me almost a full balance of a new controller. When I already had an existing extended warranty. I was lucky another manager jumped in and took care my concerns

    Low key it’s kinda expensive every time I have to bring my controller back I have to pay another 25 dollars for a controller it’s ridiculous if I already bought a two year

    58 day old controller and was forced to use my warranty replacement on it. Not really happy with the service received, the manufacture would have just repaired it but your warranty forced me to replace it. I would have to purchase another warranty on a product that’s less then 2 months old. I feel like I got ripped off with the warranty and it should have a better procedure then this on a new unit. I I will not be purchasing a warranty on anymore products from bestbuy. After this experience I’ll probably not be purchasing anymore products.

    We bought the warranty for this product and went to use the warranty cause the headphone had broke and they didnt have them, i had to pay another $110.00 for new headphones that my son does not like very much. Im not happy about this situation

    There was literally a used controller in it and is missing buttons! Says I missed my window to return it! Im a travel bartender so i got it and had to leave town for a over a week and when i got back all i wanted to do was sleep and watch netflix. When i finally opened it.... to my surprise was a used not functioning controller. Thanks best buy..... great customer service.... tried to add a picture and just keeps failing..... big surprise....

    Its only good for one time use. Once i return & exchange another Playstation 5 controller. Due to the analog stick drift problem. I needed to pay another $20 protection plan. Smh

    Product replacement is cool and saved me money however I do wish on some products if you had already had to return it for the same problems it should be a 90 day instead of a 30 day. Otherwise your always paying for this and coulda bought that product over again.

    To expensive and Best Buy manager in Winchester, VA made me use my warranty on a headset that was shipped to me in NON WORKING CONDITION from the factory.

    This product was released in November of 2019. I purchased my controller about January of 2021 with a 2 year Geek squad replacement that was $60. In March of 2021 my product was faulty, I attempted to get it replaced but was told Best buy would no longer receive the product as it was discontinued. Why offer a 2 year protection on a product best buy planned on discontinuing. I was ONLY offered store credit. My intention is to purchase a controller. Now I have $240 in store credit with no need for anything from Best buy. Extremely helpful customer service but this entire experience has been awful.
