    It's nice to be able to come in and trade out a messed up Xbox controller, but apparently it's only good for 1 month even though you buy a 2 YEAR plan.

    Worst product yet to crud today cant get it to update nothing honestly dont buy from best buy. Cant even post photo cuz they wont let me.

    Worst purchase I've ever made through Best Buy.

    Worst money I've ever spent. Bought a Nintendo Switch that broke 9 weeks later and Best Buy found a way to get out of replacing it with the replacement plan I'd purchased. I'll never purchase any of their protection plans again.

    Some how returning a defective controller (drift) within the standard purchase return period does not warrant a refund or continuation of the warranty on the replacement. Very disappointed!

    They said my sons Nintendo Switch would be repaired in 2 weeks. I’ve waited nearly 5 so far and there has been no update given to me.

    Agent on phone set up in home appointment with 8 hour window. I sat home for all 8 hours. Nobody showed. I called and they didn't even have record of my appointment. They charge a fee if you cancel within 24 hours, but they can waste 8 of your hours for free. And the phone tree to get help was awful - talked to 3 agents. And they were jaded.

    Price went up significantly. At almost a 1/3 of the original product, it makes it not worth unless you have little kids or a high likelihood of the product being damaged while used.

    Some years ago there was an option to get the 5 years protection plan now 2 years factory offers 1 year.

    Bought turtle Beach headphones on October 7th, but then had to return them because they had a missing screw which caused them to break on December 14th. Even though I'm still within 90 days of purchase I lost my geek squad 2-year replacement. I Felt like I paid half the price of the headphones for replacement plan for nothing. So I have my headphones replaced but I lost the warranty I paid for.

    Great sound for music. Great cancellation. Design is terrible. Bands will move and will not charge because it won’t make a connection. The right ear speaker is broken after only 6 month. Callers can’t hear me do to background noise.
