    Not worth the money - never fixed anything - caused more problems than what was the original issue - horrible customer service and beware- your technology is NOT safe in their hands - incompetent across the board. BEWARE!!

    Doesn’t transfer to replacement item

    Paid $260 for a Xbox elite series 2 controller with this warranty. It broke after 6 months. Yes the warranty allows you to receive a replacement controller, but the coverage doesn’t transfer over. So I had to buy another service plan. So this 6 month old controller has cost me $320 now. Read the fine print

    Not really sure why its wanting me to rate something i do not own or can even see what it is? If its the blender i own one not sure if its this one but its loud as hell and would try for one that doesnt make you leave rhe room when you use it.

    The customer service member placed the warranty on the wrong item. Didn’t find out till I needed to use it. Was clear on the product I wanted it for. Why would I want to place a warranty on an item that’s less than 20$ ?

    Got 2 year warranty on my Turtle Beach Headsets they broke in 20 days and i had to replace them. i was able to replace them for free with the 2 year warranty but was told i needed to spend another $40+ to get a NEW warranty. I didn’t expect to use this so soon greatly disappointed.

    Would be great but when I live an hour away from any store and gas like it is pretty much defeats the purpose. They should make it known they don’t replace with shipping only in person!!!! Will never get this again. Wasted money!

    This is not good just now i see mayy time they changed me two time for 2yrs and one time chager me for 4yrs how come the chage me so much in one order????

    So how come you buy a two year warranty replacement warranty and they break you send me a new one and I have to buy another two year warranty how does that even make sense my two year warranty should be valid for two years

    I returned the item I purchased with this plan which in past experiences has caused the replacement plan to be reset. In this case I got a new item (which broke shortly after) and the plan was not reset so it was pretty much useless.

    I'm not used the service yet but I was unaware that this protection plan was on my controller and not the entire Xbox system. I'm not sure if the cashier was new or what the issue

    Very dissatisfied! Geek Squad is unwilling to work with a person who is an INVALID and unable to go to the store! Was on the phone with about 8 people, and no satisfactory solution was made. Must wait until I go in person!
