They give you many excuses and do not respond to your help as you imagine when you make the purchase

I tried to use a warranty for a broken item but since I didn’t return it they told me I couldn’t use the warranty.

Received my item late!!! Not happy if you stated my item will arrive on time . Then you should make that happen!! Not late!!

I did not return my warranty? I used my warranty after my product was damaged but it should be a 2 year warranty

Can only return the Elite 2 once, if it breaks (and it will) you have to buy the protection again.

Geek squad is a great support group to have with 24/7 online availability. In store repair services are great and I don’t say this to be nice or anything. I really mean it as I’ve had three of my laptops repaired, replaced, and upgraded. Their attention to detail and patience to help me understand the issues and solutions to my technical difficulties were explained in an easy enough manner that my brothers who isn’t so tech savvy was able to follow along and understand. Highly recommended purchase!
