Have always bought the protection plan and will continue no hassles

The geek protection is a great value for the saving of getting your broken items replaced. If you purchase alot of your items here then this is great for the extra money. But if you don't purchase more than 3 items that are of great value the probably best just getting the warranty on the side.

Every time i have had an issue with my products at best buy my geek squad protecting has always been a live saver and they do what they promise. that is why i always continue to support best buy and their protection plans protecting my investments. thank you guys for giving me a piece of mind.

Never leave the store without one, at least on more expensive stuff. We had three free tvs due to having one. First tv broke withing a few months, got it replaced free. Bought a plan with it. That tv had an issue within a few weeks, got another free tv...etc. Saved thousands!!!

The geek squad are world renowned and have provided great help all the time.

I usually game a lot and it’s soo worth it getting warranty for gaming headphones because so many issues can happen within two years and it’s assuring to know I can get them replaced if any issues come.

Excellent work done by the geek squad, came in with a problem in my oc and they went above and beyond to help me with my issues, at first i was a little nervous but great professional services

I don't like how if I pay for yearly it will automtically remove any geek squad protection for the products I had before that and mainly only keep geeksquad protection. Had to manually get this fixed. Also the pc builders don't do the entire job you request. They miss a few wires. I would only recommend for purely renewing items.

Nobody knows how long a new product will perform after trying out all the options. Being new doesn’t guarantee it performs correctly.
