    Every time I need to use a return waranty issue staff is always great they don’t ask a thousand questions they just replace the item

    Best tech, its a no questions asked policy. Got foe my xbox controller. Hopefully i dont have to use, but i generally get a new controller once a year

    The main reason I shop at BB is because of the warranty. They may not all be of help (employees) but this grants you a secure spot for when something doesn’t go as planned.

    Never thought I would use this, but I love it! Used it for a large a/c unit install. Quick pop in visit for a iPhone issue. Laptop clean i Up. Worth the money

    This is great to have especially when you have young kids. I Normally get it with devices for gaming and PC use. Since the devices can be used up by wear and tear. Highly recommend!
