Need to have for kid and adult items things can always go wrong but with 2 year warrenty Best Buy is always helpful with a return or replacment

Our tv’s picture went out and luckily we still had warranty. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The service technicians were friendly and arrived on time. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix our tv but offered a replacement for the same value. We were able to buy a new tv and just had to pay the difference on the upgrade. It was perfect!
