I am adamant about NEVER getting any electronics from places like Walmart, because they are notorious for having refurbished items and selling it as new. We bought the accidental replacement plann and its totally worth it! Things happen and things break. The plan covered the replacement of our PS4 controller and controllers are expensive. Highly recommend the replacement plan.
