Good product and does as it should was able to replace no problem

I still go to Best Buy for anything I need a no hassle warranty on. The replacement plan is something I've used many times. The policy just works. Furthermore, if the store doesn't have your item, the Best Buy representative will work with you to ensure you'll find a proper replacement - even if it's at another store location.

Love the Geek squard replacement service. I always purchase it when i get something from BestBuy. It saves money and time.

I purchase the replacement warranty on my Xbox elite controller as a necessity. The controller itself feels great and works really well. Unfortunately, they always seem to develop issues within the first year or less that makes them virtually unworkable. It’s sad, but I have replaced five of these already, and the extended warranty is an absolute necessity! Best Buy is great about replacing them, but it’s a problem that Microsoft should address!

Is always good to have protection in case is need it! So far we have an amaizing experience using this item. Is a very convenient for our household since we have a busy life.

I was a little apprehensive on getting a PP but the fact that my controller is cover for 2 years including any accidental damages from Geek Squad is a must have for any PS5 controller

Always get my controllers from best buy and this color was very stunning. Get the geek squad protection always! They will replace your controller even if it's just for drift.

Geek squad has been amazing just a phone call away or walking the door in the right there to help you.

Never had to use it but I know that what they offer is great for returns when it comes to malfunctions or questions. Bought many accessories for my PC and I feel safe knowing I can always bring them in if anything goes wrong with them.

What I love about geese squad supporting protection is a simple factor of the simplicity behind going into any store having them pull up your account and they can assist you with whatever your needs are!

Geek squad service is always excellent and worth getting for devices that may require additional support if used a lot.

Never leave the store without one, at least on more expensive stuff. We had three free tvs due to having one. First tv broke withing a few months, got it replaced free. Bought a plan with it. That tv had an issue within a few weeks, got another free tv...etc. Saved thousands!!!

Always recommend so far they have stayed consistent on staying behind their warranty. Never have hidden fees and always honest and helpful
