A: As long as you are within the 15 day return/exchange period yes, also if you are an elite you get 30 days to return/exchange and elite plus 45 days to return/exchange. I had an elite series 2 with a faulty A button in the first 2 weeks and exchanged it, when I did my gsquad warranty carried to the new one.
Q: My son’s earphones padding that goes around the ears ripped. Is that covered under warranty?
A: If you got the protection plan it should cover it i got my protection plan but my switch controller not broken yet but if it ever break i know my protection plan has my back its alwas better to be safe with the protection plan
