Warrenty was not used but bettee safe than sorry .

Best thing I ever purchased! Controller broke, and I brought it back no questions asked and picked up a brand new replacement.

Great controller, Haven’t had an issue with it yet but glad to know once I do, i’ll have the choice to get it returned for a newer one.

This warranty is great for any electronic product. With this replacement warranty, most claims won’t require you to purchase a new device/product. You’ll only be subject to buying a warranty which comes in handy for things that wear down fairly quickly over time (like gaming controllers).

I will say I've never used this before but I purchased this on a PS4 controller and one day one of the buttons had come off the PS4 controller and I took it into Best Buy they weren't able to do anything with it other than do a even exchange I was so excited so I decided to do The Geek Squad warranty once again

This protection plan saved me so many times. I’m so glad I that I purchased the protection plan. Bestbuy accepted the damage product with no problem.

I broke the screen of my switch a few years back and they replaced it no with no issues i love this service

I add The Geek Squad protection plan everytime I buy a new headset for my son. This plan really is a grest deal. You have 2 years to use the plan to replace the item that is protected for equal or lesser value.

10/10 would recommend. Its so incredibly easy to replace everything and with products feeling like they truly do have about a 2 yr lifespan, this is a slam dunk no brainer to add

I purchased the extra warranty when I bought a headset for my grandson. This is the best warranty and the easiest one to use if you need to return the item. I had to exchange one item and it was the best and no hassle exchange I have ever had. The Geek Squad was excellent and very friendly.

I always purchase the 2year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement package. It comes in handy when you run into problems that you aren’t able to work through. Or when you purchase a expensive product just for it not to work. The Accidental Geek Squad Replacement agreement is a great deal and a life saver.

Love the geek squad just wish they traveled to our area which is 120 miles from 2 different stores in 2 different directions. Very disappointed!
