Some quality for items don't always hold up. Best Buy is great at making sure you get your replacement for your item or make sure they come out and fix it fast.

Sometimes I never have to use the protection plan, but there are times when I needed to use it. I feel good knowing my product is covered for 2 years with a free replacememt.
