Great headset but it's very difficult to control the volume of the game chat and the voice of teammates. It's always too loud or too low never a perfect pitch. Also I game for long hours and found l=myself getting ear fatigue after 3-4 hours of play. I had the steel series 9x and the circular ear circumference was the best i've experienced. I've downgraded to the A40s for the mix amp but i think im going to go to the best version of artics at this point.

No matter what I buy I like it to be covered. It’s simple to just make a claim and get a new item or a gift card in case of any damage and don’t even need a receipt

i love the service for controllers and if u play hard you know your controllers will have issues especially if you play any NHL games with it that game is hard on controllers

Went with my controllers I bought. If anything happens within 2 years, they replace the controller or give a gift card of initial value if the product is not available. Would recommend.
