I honestly recommend Geek Squad Protection on mostly everything. Specially things that will get daily use and/or could be worn and torn through regular use or suffer from any sort of power surges.

I love the geek squad service I have had protection on my headset for a couple years now and anytime there’s a problem I can take it back and get a new one no extra charge. I would recommend getting this if you buy an expensive item

Always get the 2 year warranty for all of my product! mainly controllers cause they do end up not working. Mostly stick drift!

Great service to have on your devices. I've had to use this twice (for 2 separate devices) & the process of getting my items replaced was quick & easy. Well worth it & definitely better than having to outright buy another device.

I just love Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan. I never have a hassle when needing to return something. I don't even have to have the receipt. They just look-up my phone number and find everything they need.

got this just in case our gaming headphones ever broke, which they did and they were replaced no questions asked with a band new pair. would recommend on certain products

Usually costs a bit more then I would like, but can be very useful if you have problems. I tend too buy this on delicate items or not new in box items. Was very helpful on fridge I got that had issues. They took care of me nicely

Buy the protection! A week before the end of the protection my grandson’s headset decided to have mic malfunctions. Took them in, got a replacement pair no problem. I buy the protection plan on all gaming and electronic items
