Helpful staff at best buy helped me with my geek squad replacement. It was simple and and easy process. I would recommend getting this plan if your children use their devices often.

This was the best thing to invest into, my husband needed to replace his controller and we had zero Hassel in store.

I'm indifferent I've never done the protection plan and I've never needed to use it before but with how much vibration and feedback there are in the controller I figured it was worth getting.

How can you not love Geek Squads product replacement plan. I mean, you NEED to get this on all your products that you buy from Best Buy. I don’t care if you’re buying a 1500$ 4k tv and the plan cost 300$ extra. BUY IT!
