I love that Best Buy offers warranties for purchase. I prefer to buy from Best Buy because the ease of using their warranties is amazing! It’s easy, convenient and it’s reassuring to have a warranty just in case you need it.

I've been purchasing things from Best Buy for years. This is one thing that differentiate Best Buy and Amazon for me. It really covers me with the warranty. Depending on Amount and the item, I would definitely recommend this.

Geek squad protection is great. I like how easy they make it if you have use the protection. It is no nonsense and would recommend the plans for your purchases. Especially game controllers and headphones :)

Always a great compliment to any purchase. Geek Squad protection plans cover so much more than standard warranties through the manufacturer, like normal wear/tear, damage from surges/dust/dander/humidity.

Only reason i am rating this warranty is because it has paid for itself numerous times! Hassle free! For the item we purchased i always recommend getting the extended warranty! It pays for itself.

Brought the plan for 2 yeas. It is a very good plan to have when some of the things goes wrong they replace it without hassle. Geek Squad is always there for you.

Geek squad protection is a great purchase. I Highly recommend it especially if the gadgets/devices you bought are used by children. You’ll never know when your device will give up on you or will need repair.

I haven't really use the service, I plan to use very soon and will gladly update ASAP, However I had a couple of phone calls that really went well, but no service calls or service request as of now...

For products that don't offer apple care, geek squad is comparable. They have come a long way and have developed themselves to be very much like apple care. Good customer service and easy to use when a claim is needed.

I'm so happy that I was able to buy the extended warranty we need things like that sometimes they're a little pricey but I think the price here was right on target thank you so much for providing the service to us.

I will pay more for a product because the warranty is so good. nobhassles, just return, state the defect and get another one of your choosing. If it cost more the price you paid will go towards the amount.

Any electronics that I buy from Best buy, I always get the geek squad protection. this particular one was bought for a Bluetooth speaker I purchased in Las vegas, because I forgot my beats pill when I got here.

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it.
