The plan was as advertised, ran into issues with my TV, exchanged for new TV with no issues.

I like the warranty it gives a great help if the gadget is defected or was delivered or somehow damaged during the process after it was made.

Must get the Replacement plan if you have small kids that play inside the home, because it only takes one of there toy to end up damaging the TV.
