I had bought ear buds for a Christmas gift and purchased the geek squad replacement plan. I just had to use it this month on my ear buds. I had to pay the difference on old price and new price I really didn't like that because I thought that was why I was buying the replacement plan.

Thank god I had the protection plan! Geek squad helped me out

Prices continue to rise in these warranties but overall good value

I purchased many products from Best Buy and for the more expensive ones I always get to the geek squad coverage. I have only used it once when my headphones broke. I went in and they instantly replaced the headphones. I did have to re-purchase the coverage.

Have not had to use their services as of yet. Right now its a waste of money. Im sure their services are wonderful, I just have never had to take advantage of my purchase for it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Haven't had to use it yet, but hopefully it works when I need it. I think it is a bit pricey. It is one of those thing that is nice to have and hope to never have to use then not have and then need it.
