    These suck. Within days I was having issues connecting to Bluetooth. Then the buds started having charging issues. Now they don't hold a charge AND they keep disconnecting from my Bluetooth. I am returning these. Hate to spend more money, but perhaps in this case you get what you pay for. VERY disappointing.

    This service was on my cell phone. I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the lens on the camera. I got the run around at the store and then had to finally call an 800 number and had to pay for the replacement phone on top of having paid for the protection plan.

    The associate that sold me the protection plan, sold me a plan for the incorrect device. Now I have a plan for a device that it wasnt intended for. Thanks Best Buy.

    Geek protection plan for headphones. Headphones broke after 3 months. 2 year plan. BB replaced but the replacement you need to purchase another warranty for, even though 21 months remain

    I bought the full 2 year replacement Warranty and I only got partial credit when my headphones broke after 6 months. The passed to 6 different people to not help.

    Waste is time and money. It’s not like having a warranty. It’s a one time use replacement for the cost of buying a new plan.

    They no longer allow this service on the ear buds that only last four 2 years or so. Very disappointed.

    Always get the plan if the cost warrants it

    So as long as the price warrants the cost of the item I always get it you have 1-3 years depending on replacement plan now this is a replacement plan not wArranty bring your item back to Best Buy packaging not always required and they replace it if they don’t have said item or you want something else they usually give you a gift card for even exchange I’ve never had an issue redeeming my replacement plans but you only get one replacement so recommendation- when you get new item pay the money and put new plan on it some plans are more expensive some are less expensive depends on product and price it is kind of like a it’s a scale so item up to $100 is usually a $20 plan and $200 item is like $30 see what I mean but a $60 item that has a $20 plan I can’t justify they need a under $100 plan in my opinion
