Geek Squad protection has NEVER let us down! Laptops, TV's, etc., broken or needing repair or replacement have all been handled well and professionally every time.

I purchased my wall mount for a 55" television. The installation was very easy and the pullout feature to access cable inputs put this product over the top for me.

I always get the geek Squad replacement program on anything expensive I buy. They dont ask questions and just replace the product to the customers liking.

I always purchase the geek squad plan because they offer easy exchange of anything goes wrong and I can easily exchange for a different brand if I so choose.

We always get the extended warranty and rarely have had to use them. When you do have a problem, it is fixed or the equipment is replaced. No hassle!

Given how unreliable bluetooth headphones seem to be, of all products, a warrantee is pretty much obligatory.

I get the Geek Squad plan on most items that I get at Best Buy if it is over $100 or something I think may break in a year. It has saved me many times.
