After returning two other sets of earbuds due to just not liking their fit and operation, I finally hit a home run with these! They are perfect for my usage, seem secure in my ears (although if I were still a runner I'd be careful with them), and sound great. One good thing, this being winter, is that they fit close enough in my ears to not be too uncomfortable under a headband or woolen cap. I also like that they operate with actual buttons instead of the over-sensitive touch controls on the ones I returned. The entire product has a quality feel, and having an app to go along with it for fine tuning is a real bonus. I also like the compact case that is easy to stick in my pocket. Overall a real winner!

I have been using Bluetooth earphones or headphones since bluetooth technology was released. The LG Tone HBS-FN5W are in my top 5 of earphones. They easily connected to both my iphone X and iphone 7. There has been no issues in keeping the connection. Other items that I am impressed with: 1. They fit snuggly in my ears (I usually have an issue). 2. The wireless charging case is well built and easy to use 3. The sound quality is good for phone calls 4. They keep their charge for a long period of time The only con I have is when I receive a call and insert the earphone in my ear, I sometimes hang up on the call.

Get the plan. It will save you lots of headaches when you realize that the product you bought doesn't perform as expected. I've had no issues returning the item months after the original purchase date, in exchange for another brand.

Note: I returned these headphones after 2 days for one thing only. These are great headphones. Every feature was really good and well thought out; the quality is very good. The ONE thing that did not work for me was that they did not pair well with my PC. They paired, but the sound was awful. They did not pair properly. I searched for solutions and Jabra themselves indicate the headphones are made for mobile devices and there "pay be problems trying to connect to a PC". That was my only problem with them. If you are not going to connect them to a PC then I would highly recommend.

Best headphones I have had except that after 3 years they have come apart but considering the hot, humid, wet and etc. environment they have to endure. Great buy.

These are wonderful earbuds/headset/headphones whatever you wanna call them. The sound is great and the microphone is too. Zero complaints and under fifty bucks!

You aren't really sure what you're getting at various price points with speakers, but this was a pleasant surprise. I found the sound quality to be quite good, the size of the speakers to be about right and even found them fairly easily transportable. This was a good value for the dollar.

This product always comes in handy right when you need it.

This is one of the best Bluetooth speakers I have tried so far. This one has good battery and USB C instead of micro USB. This compact speaker has very good sound. It gets very loud on max volume so I like to listen on 30-40% volume.

Definitely would recommend this headset. Love the fact that this can be used with the cable if you run out of charge. Great sound and looks and feels like a >50$ headset. We have a beats wired headset and this one beats it by a mile.

Never had any issues with geek squad honoring warranty purchased for various items.

Having the geek squad accidental warranty has paid off for me several times. Don’t cheap out if you’re buying something expensive so if it has an issue Best Buy can replace your item.
