Back up protection from Best Buy is unique because they try and fix the item itself and I’ve heard they may even give you a new one gor no cost.

I would always recommend getting Geek Squad Replacement Plan because it's really easy to use and to get your item replaced if needed.

I haven't had to use this yet but I'd rather have it and not need it then need it and not have it.
