Q: What happens if my small appliance fails due to an issue not covered by the manufacturer?
A: If the manufacturer doesn't cover the issue, Geek Squad will replace your product if available. If a replacement isn't available, they will reimburse you.
Q: What does this cover ? Does it only cove accidental problems only ?
A: this insurance cover everything. fails, malfunction parts, etc
A: Unfortunately it’s only a total of 2 years. Geek squad covers the first and second year. The benefits are that geek squad will most of the time cover more areas than manufacturers warranty. Best thing to do is do your research on what is and isn’t covered through manufactured warranty and even check out what extended warranty is available through the manufacture
A: If you purchased the Geek squad protection program through the app or online, then a copy of your receipt will be available under your purchases. If it was purchased in the store, visit the customer support to ask about a possible replacement for your receipt.
Q: Can a half recipe be cooked at the same temperature and time as the original recipe?
A: Consider half the time to cook based on how much you are cooking you do not want to burn or dry out your food. Enjoy your meal.
A: The accidental coverage starts immediately, so it overlaps with the warranty from the manufacturer, but you will also have accidental from Geek Squad right away
Q: If the item is returned, will I get refund for the 2yr protection?
A: If it's returned within the return window 14 days normally or 60 days with Best Buy Plus/Total then yes the protection plan is refunded.
