Brought it back and received store credit - it was awesome! I decided to build a PC with the money, instead. Awesome service!!!

They are sending me a new one.

I have only had to use a warranty twice, ever. Its better to have it and not use it, than wish I had bought it when I could if I do need it. As long as the product I am buying is expensive and not like a $10.00 toaster, I will always buy the warranty.

The touch screen is very easy and I got another one as a gift recently. But now it's time to get a bigger one. But still this one I will use to cook the smaller foods.
