Just got it today and water tank has 2 cracks in bottom. Going to exchange for a new one. Real odd because the factory box was in a large box loaded with air pillows.

I have not used this because I never buy a PC. I am sure the geek squad is good but I am all Apple so I use Apple Care

Worst pair of clippers I ever purchased. Would not cut a child's hair out of the box, blades were extremely misaligned. Instructions say they were aligned at the factory and should have a 1/32" gap at minimum fade, it was 1/4" (8/32") from the factory! Also clogs up often and stops cutting due to not being able to align the blade properly, holes aren't in the right spot. Dear Wahl engineer: QA needs to be seriously looked at. Check the GD&T on the right hand holes in the replaceable blades, the one I got was way off, and would not allow straight alignment for less than 1/8". If you're asking the customer to align to 1/32, the tolerance on hole placement should be half that. Also check that the tolerance should be to the perpendicular plane of the blades, not the other end.

Coffee pot has a square pouring spout. When adding water to the water reservoir or pouring coffee, you need to pour slow and steady or the coffee pot will spill the water or the coffee.. You can't just grab the pot and pour your coffee quickly.

most bb protections / warrants not good anymore. That is why I started to shop at other places now.

Ive been wanting one and casually looking around. In my email was this deal today, lucky me! Im super excited to try this out!! Hoping its just the right size for 3, sometimes 4 people. Either way, excited to try it out.

Pretty disappointed with this purchase. I have always had a Keurig, but I wanted to get a Nespresso to be able to have the option for espresso or coffee. The first time I used it, the brewing noise is extremely loud, like a jet taking off. I called customer service and they said it was normal, but I still disagree. The other frustrating thing is that you can only buy Nespresso pods through their website which you have to spend at least $75 to get free shipping. The coffee/espresso taste good, but not much better than what Keurig can make. Overall, it's not worth the price.

I purchased a product and it failed 2x in a few months. The appliance was defective and each time I exchanged it out I lost my protection plan and had to repurchase it. I will stick to Amazon and Walmart for products that I purchase warranties through.

I thought this air purifier was great! We used it on a near constant basis for approximately two years, when it suddenly died. I had changed the filter a few months ago (to an official Winix filter, which is also expensive). One day, I looked at the purifier and strangely, it was off. And it never turned back on again. It wasn't a surge because this was plugged into a surge protector and all other devices connected to it were completely fine. I reached out to Winix customer support and they said there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty. I can't believe it! 3 months out and it's just dead - talks about perfectly timed planned obsolescence. Their customer support manager said they best they could do was give me a 25% off coupon :/ I'm not going to buy another product that's only going to last me two years!

PLEASE GOOGLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT UNIT LEAKING BEFORE PURCHASING. THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS OUT THERE. I haven't used this unit much when noticed a lot of leakage underneath blade onto motor. I called company and was told parts will need to be replaced every year. YIKES! Why is this company selling a premium product that the consumer will have to pay to fix the unit every year? Why would I want to put money into this product every year. The company need to fix their own manufacturing problems or pull it off the market! This blender is faulty.

Junk , i bought this for 99bucks and now it's 199. it's a ripoff. It didn't last. Leaked water everywhere. I chucked it in the dumpster today. the cup that holds the coffee grounds gets stuck in the machine. don't waste your money. 29bucks for protection plan is what the actual price for the machine should be. portafilter untwists on it's own, coffee on counters, floors , and walls.

I will never buy this again. I have a TV that broke last year and Geek Squad would not replace or service it due to covid. They couldn't enter homes at the time. I understand we were all being safe, but they wouldn't even replace it if i brought it in.

I returned two of them, the first one never heated up, when I got my second one it was working fine, 5 months later there was no hot water coming from it. I don’t recommend this Brand.

Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad warranty for a high end toaster with a 1 yr manufacturer's warranty. Toaster wasn't working correctly. Delay in bringing in to them because of shut down with Covid-19. Returned 2 wks after manufacturer warranty expired so this warranty was only in effect for 2 wks. Toaster being replaced by them but I was told that since I used the warranty it is now cancelled for the remaining balance of the 2 yr warranty! Would need to buy a new warranty again!! This is not mentioned in any of the warranty info they provide.

My coffee machine Broke down and went to them did not help saying my warranty is over they asked me to dispose it for a few instead of help me fix it
