    Liked the speaker with great spec sheet and build quality. Although it has ldac and newer Bluetooth standards not as full of a sound as i expected

    My last boom box doesn't charge anymore so in order to prolong the life of my new one i bought this plan. Extra cpverage is better than none.

    Item did not function one day . Now the Best buy where I purchased the unit is giving me grief about returning the speaker. I thought that was why I purchased the extended warranty so this would not happen?
