Geek attended to me well and i was happy with the service rendered

Have you ever had to use them and I hope I never have to but I know

My first fitbit charge 2 did not work after i allowed it to sit dormant for a month. I was fortunate to have the protection plan.

Never thought I would use it but my wife saw a line down the middle, took it into best buy and it was still under warranty.

haven't had to use it yet but hopefully it's worth for the price of it so expensive but I feel like if I dont get it somthing will happen. I'm not sure how helpful they are or not plan to use oneday

I purchase the protection plan for anything that qualifies. In most cases it beats having to buy an all new device.

One can never go wrong with it. highly recommended.

original fitbit would not charge after about one year took it in under insurance and had no problem getting a new one in exchange
