I always get geek squad protection for my electronics. Great quality sevice.

I had an issue with the charging, and I was able to swap it out with no issue.

So far have not had to use them for the fitbit, but have been reliable in the past!

When life throws problems at you and the Best Buy protection plan gots your stuff covered!

See on most things that I buy I always get it to you want because you never know what's gonna happen with it and Best Buy is usually pretty good about it but I put it to you wanted on the job bone they could not find my purchase a new computer even though I had to email saving everything showing the number they couldn't find her system it took 25 minutes for them to finally find out what was going on and then a lady after I got done recommended that I keep my receipt but I already have the email saved and I had a screenshot to prove that my purchase ofvtwo year warrarnty

The warranty worked without a hitch. I wish that there was a opportunity to repair the smartwatch, but to know that a product is not available in the store only after five months is different.
