Love the cost of the warrenty but havent had any hint of needing to need it.

I have always had positive experiences with Geek Squad protection. They make it easy to replace a broken device.

I got the Fitbit Charge 2 with the best buy warranty and it was totally worth it! I had a problem with my band, and I could easily replace my fitbit and get a new one for it. The exchange did not take any time and I was helped out promptly. I did not have to pay extra to replace the band or for repairs as it was all covered.

The Geek Squad plan that I had on my old vivoactive HR covered replacement for "wear & tear" when the band broke. Since the HR is not carried any longer they replaced it with a vivoactice 3 (which is the new version of the HR). The only cost was for a new Geek Squad plan since the HR was over a year old.

Didnt need it but nice to know i had something for "just in case"

Bought this to go with my expensive Fenix 6X Pro Solar watch. I never leave 'home' without it. Worth it, knowing I can use it if something happens. Especially a used item like a Fenix watch where I'm MTBing, running, swimming, etc.

I am impressed with Best Buy’s product replacement program. It was hassle free and quick. If I have a concern, they take care of it right away, no questions asked. As long as I have a receipt, it makes it simple. Also, they have the information in their computer should I not have the receipt with me. Really a nice program!

My previous watch was damaged. Was a little skeptical to get it replaced but I had the coverage with Best Buy. Went to the store, they checked their records and told me pick my replacement. No problems at all. Left very happy as with all my Bestbuy purchases.

I always get the protection plans. They always come in handy. You never know when you are going to need them. With kids especially, you most likely are going to have something dropped, spilled, broken, etc. It never hurts to have that insurance.

I have been very happy since I purchased this product. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I've used this service a few times already with different products. Take my Bluetooth headphones for example. They stopped connecting to my phone and I took em back. They no longer had the similar product so BB gave me full in store credit for whatever I wanted. Buy it.

I have exchanged a few products in the past throughout the years and never had a problem with Best Buy. The way they operate is in and out always without any difficulties. Recommend it to everyone when they buy expensive stuff or anything they deemed necessary to insure.

Best Buy offers the best protection plan! They are nice and fast during your claim just make sure to keep your sales receipt. If possible bring the original box and make sure you bring everything included when your purchase the item.
