Worth every penny to purchase the extended warranty. I can't tell you how many times I've bought the extended warranty on everything from BestBuy. Best Buy never fails and lives up to its reputation

I wouldn't have felt comfortable getting such an expensive watch without some kind of protection. The plan has accidental damage so I don't have to be uber-paranoid about wearing it, and I can enjoy it while out in public.

I highly recommend getting the protection plan for items like smart watches and headphones. It is the best protection you can get and there are no hidden surprises. My Band 2 was replaced after it didn't want to hold a charge. Received a new one in the store. Terrfiic service.

I love my fitbit and wear it pretty much everyday and every night. It was sad when I woke up one morning and the strap had fallen off. Luckily I had a warranty and it was an easy exchange, plus they gave me a pro-rated warranty for another two years.

I alway get Geek squad protection on all my electronics, its great to know that if my device fails I can get it replaced at my local store without having to ship it and wait weeks like other stores replacement plans.

Bestbuy has such a fantastic deal with their replacement plans. They're easy, reasonably priced, and a lifesaver if your expensive product breaks down. Go to customer service with your old product, leave with a brand new one. There's no catch. It's that simple.

Glad I saw I bought this protection plan. Having to keep gluing the wrist bands onto the watch. Will take it in and get a new wrist band. Watch works great, the wrist band keeping coming off.

If you learn anything fro m me today, invest in the Geek Squad Protection!! You never know when a stupid mistake will ruin hundreds of dollars worth of equipment but then your extra $20 - $200 investment either repairs or replaces it without any problems.

Geek Squad is great in customer service! They do all they can to make you happy, especially if the fix cannot take place right away. It is nice that they can take care of most needs right in store without having to wait for weeks at a time for shipping and processing.

A bit pricey, but I love this watch so much that I was willing to spend the money. We have used Geek Squad protection in the past and they always stood behind their guarantee.

I got this for my Samsung Gear 2 smart fitness watch. After wearing the watch everyday for a few months... in the rain... working... swimming... biking... ect. It finally stopped working. I boxed it up and took it back for an exchange no question asked. Worth it!
