      I don’t like the fact if you have to use the geek squad replacement plan, fairly early on after purchasing the product you loose the rest of the time remaining. After the product is replaced you have to buy a new plan. They used to refund the rest of the purchase plan or apply to a new plan.

        Hello Jul15 – Thanks very much for your feedback on this. How it works is, if your product’s issue is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and that manufacturer will cover your exchange through us, the plan can be returned for a pro-rated refund. If the issue with your product isn’t covered by the manufacturer, the plan will be fulfilled. I hope that explains why this may have happened. Please see www.geeksquad.com/terms for full details.
