Not sure what it is. But if bought warranty there is always a reason

I got this for the computer I bought, however I never had to use it, because my computer is fine.

I haven't had to use this service yet. But just in case I paid for the extra warranty

I don’t like how you have to buy another plan if the item malfunctions and needs to be replaced. If the protection plan is purchased for 2 or more years it should be just that. Also, the Best Buy in my area takes you through a trail just to honor the plan.

I purchased this to protect my watch. I hope it does what it claims I am covered for. We will see.

I don't think is worth it. Take the risk this is expensive

it is geek squad so you know you have purchased a piece of mind. the price could always be cheaper.

Only thing i dont like about this protection is that if they replace your device you no longer have protection you have to repurchase. Weather it less than two years. Doesnt go based on two uears but on amount device worth

I have only had my Fit Bit a few months and have not had to use the replacement plan.

Awesome coverage for the price. Very reasonable!!!

Glad I have it since my other fit bit tore. Didn't have this so not able to return.

The warranty is cheap enough to cover a product that can be a bit glitchy.

I have returned this item twice. I did an upgrade and I am so happy for the change.

It was a waste of money! When we needed the device replaced at 13 months they said we had buy the updated model and wanted another $200

Product is as specified.There were only a couple things that I did not understand.

We haven't needed to use it so far, the item hasn't given us any problems.
