    Set up of tv great. Agent great. Office management poor. Too hard to contact. I want to cancel but can't connect. My subscription is now under my husbands name, not mine. there is nowhere to sign in under the subscription number. what a mess. I would never recommend. The cost is too expensive. You pay for the subscription then pay again for the service. Cancel as of 09-12-2020

    Since my damaged motor 360 was discontinued they coukd t replace it with another. Instead I got half of what I paid as credit towards another watch.

    I had this for my fit watch. The band broke on the watch. They could have given me a new band and I would have been happy but that didn't happen. They where going to give me new one but the price went up on the watch so they wanted to pay the difference? After I just paid 30.00 for the warranty. I just got my money back for the original price and now I am out 30.00 plus the watch. I would not purchase their warranty again.

      Hi tmt185 – Under our Geek Squad Product Replacement plans, a defective item can be replaced by a comparable unit, up to the original selling price. If a new model came out and is more expensive that the item you bought, you would need to pay the difference. I apologize if this wasn’t explained at the time of your purchase. If your watch was swapped out for the same model you originally bought, I’d suggest speaking with a manager at your local store about this.

    Garbage. Support for the 'protection' is non-existent and should just replace the damaged item when brought in, not make you wait months for a repair that they don't even do before crediting you back what you paid as opposed to replacing it.

    I should of did more research on this product I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer support it gets there’s no live customer support and it takes forever to get any help and the watch never works the charger barely works

    Received defective product listed as excellent, no swap was offered and told I would have to wait over a week to get my watch back. This was on the day of purchase so I just returned.

    Had this on a s7edge, was told it would cover any and all damage, didnt tell me there was 150$ deductible if something did happen

    We purchased a Samsung galaxy active 2 watches with a $60.00 service contract. Three months later the back of the Samsung watched became unglued and when I brought it back. The said they would give me a new, but I would have to purchase another $60.00 service contract. I would not buy another Samsung watch and I would never buy their service contract

    Gypped out of Warranty Money

    I only had my watch for 30 days when it stopped working. When I return need it to get a refund, the money paid for the warranty was not returned. I would like that money back since I never used it.

    Didn’t know that it wouldn’t last for two years if I had to e change the product for it breaking within a few months or I’d have just stuck with manufacturing warranty

    this is a great fitness tracker, they did quiet well with it, i love the gps but the height off the wrist is a bit intense

    I got it for my smart watch but when it got locked accidentally they couldn't fix it at the store and they wanted to send it off and it would take a month or so before I could get it back. I chose to look online and found a youtube video that help me unlock my watch in less than 3 minutes. so is it worth it? mm you decide

    I chatted online concerning my printer not staying online for use and the tech had remote control over my computer and when they were all done I had to take my computer in to be restore to factory settings because they tech screwed it up and locked me out of my own computer and I LOST EVERYTHING on my computer

    Unfortunately they don’t cover for loss or theft if it’s a watch and only cover that for phones very upsetting and wish they have stated this before I purchased the insurance.

    Sold a Protection plan and then no coverage

    Was told I was purchasing a protection plan to cover everything by a sales associate. Asked specifically about accidental damage due to kids and was told that the plan covered everything. After my kids caused the damage and attempted to get the item fixed. It was denied by best buy. Waste of money.
