Dont buy a watch without getting this. You’ll regret it if you don’t. That’s about all I can say about this.

You can’t beat the Geek Squad warranty! I buy all my electronics from Best Buy! If it breaks or doesn’t work they stand by the product!

I went in to exchange my headphones under your warranty and because it was leased under progressive leasing I left with none and because I couldn't use Progressive leasing anymore, I am out of my $250 headphones. I aked for the broke ones back and they would not give them to me. I found out that I had $300 more in warranties I can't use. How about $400 to replace the crap I will never be able to repair

Warranty was purchased and paid in full at $160 5/29/25 & Best Buy canceled on 12/8/25. Claimed to have refunded $61 for the policy. Geek squad can't/won't help or provide number to speak with anyone. At time of purchase the policy covered loss, theft, accidental damage with a replacement.

Always get the Geek Squad protection when you can. It's reasonable and the Fullerton Geek Squad is very professional and does a great job.

Get the replacement for fitness trackers. It's worth it! We are tough on them and it is good to know when something happens, you can get a replacement.

Electronic seem to always fail at some point in time. It is nice to have a back up plan. I have not had a problem with Best Buy honoring this warranty.

I purchased the Fitbit as a gift for my Son and he can be very hard on watches so I decided to purchase the 2 yr replacement. So far he hasn't needed it.

I love this type of warranty. they look some how pricy to start but in the long run they are the best customer service and warranty for you digital toys.
