      ease of replacement was great since it was a malfunction of design flaw. watchband snapped off cleanly from the watch face.

      I have not had to use the warranty for the Fitbit 2 that I purchased, but I have for other products. BB replaced\covered each time.

      I have purchased many warranties and it has worked most of the times I have purchased for my vest buy products. Sometimes it is disappointing extra warranty doesn't work but overall it's ok.

      I returned a Fit bit. I had no problem with the return. However I was informed the price of the warranty went up. Therefore I had to pay an extra 10 for the exchange. I don't think I should have been made to pay more money on a warranted item.
