I bought this for my son when he got his new Galaxy phone. A year later someone dropped his phone while taking a picture and the screen cracked, so we brought it in to get fixed. Was told a new screen would cost $100 or we could get a new phone for $250. Since the phone was a year old and would require them to crack the case to replace the screen we went ahead and went with a new phone. Took a couple days for them to send us the new phone and we sent the old one back. Quick memory transfer and back in service.

The Tech at geek squad was very helpful in showing me how to ser up my new Samsung smat watch!

Fortunately i did not have to use geek squad protection as i had no issues with this watch

Always good to add warranty to expensive items, best buy have a really good warranty policy

Software is excellent. Love the bezel and how I can move through different apps smoothly. Only downside of a Galaxy watch is that I have to have a Samsung phone to monitor my blood pressure. Other than that, it's an excellent watch

I ended up getting the largest version of this watch, and i find it to be very comfortable. . I use it everyday and seems to be holding up well. Im a nurse, so im continuously washing my hands and getting rhe watch wet. Its held up nicely

I love my watch and i love how its compatible with my s24. I have and never will be an apple user.

We purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan for my husband and my Samsung watches. We have many construction projects and work with materials that could potentially damage our watches since we are using our hands and arms a lot. The geeksquad product replacement is a true necessity for any product that is likely to break with daily use. These guys are great! If it something like a watch, or game console bring it in and they'll troubleshoot it on the spot and if it can't be fixed replace it right then and there. For larger items they'll send a tech to your house to diagnose and repair the item. If it cant be fixed a gift card for the original amount will be in the mail. It gives you peace of mind to know that this type of quality coverage and support is available.
