Great issuance, I live the fact that if something happens to my purchase I have no worries about getting it replaced

This watch does it’s job but can be improved upon. Had my son fly unaccompanied and this watch worked when he landed. He’s able to call me and text the little emojis. However the watch dies fast, I give it a school day before it needs to be charged. The location may sometimes lag as well but it’s a good started communication device for kids.

Not really too much to say here. A great way to have peace of mind if something was to ever go wrong with your device.

We are harsh on our electronics due to kids and just being active and Best Buy's return policy is excellent! Never had an issue in the 10+years I've been shopping there.
