From the time I bought (and shortly thereafter broke) my first UP band, and Best Buy exchanged it without an issue, I was sold. I now purchase the plan for every electronic item I buy.

i didn't have the geek protection with my first one as it was a gift and and after a year and a half it broke and there was nothing i could do and also the warranty had expired.

Something happened with my galaxy watch used the geek squad and they replaced my watch . Just had to purchase a new geek squad plan.

Purchased the watch for Father's day and have had issues since..The battery life is good for several days and the display is clear.

The Best Buy protection plan is the best plan in the world. I protect most of the items I purchased.

Happy I purchased this. Messed up the internal vibrator on my watch for notifications and I got it fixed for free.

They always take care of my stuff and they will even replace it for a new product if necessary. I'd buy the whole geek squad if I could!

I haven't had to use it yet, but you should not buy this watch without purchasing the insurance. I've got the face a few times and have been very lucky that it hasn't cracked.

I bought this for a smart watch, and let's face it... Something on your wrist is bound to get knocked around and beaten up. So this plan is great if you want to keep your product working like new.

I always recommend that by The geek squad protection plan just in case of any unfortunate mishaps they take care of all your needs

not great for phones unless its iPhone or Samsung. For any other device like Google Pixel, they don't do part swaps, they want $199 service fee to replace it. Phone itself, by the end of the 2 years is already that price for the refurbished (which is what they send you). Really no point.

Purchased this two-year plan for my wife's Fitbit Alta but never had to use the plan due to the unit's high functioning and reliability.

I always put protection on anything I buy after I had a camera break down on me and had geek squad fix the problem so quick. It’s been good for all of my family members too!

The accidental replacement gurantee is worth every penny. I will never buy anything without buying it too. I have never had any problem with returns or getting it replaced.
